One particular phase that has taken me successfully through my journey in life is "You Can". My whole life "can't" was never part of my vocabulary. I did everything I believed I had to or needed to do, even if I didn't know exactly how to do it. To get through the how to do it, was ask, seek, learn and do it exactly as it was successfully done.
