His current focus is online education, online publishing and coaching, and he consults professionals, academics and business owners on internet marketing and has spoken to entrepreneurial and business groups in Australia, New Zealand and the UK on this topic.

Nic is also involved in pain medicine and diagnostic research and is in the last stages of his PhD at the University of Sydney. His topic is ‘reliability of diagnostic tests in physical medicine’, which you can read more about under Research. He has lectured at Universities in Australia and New Zealand about pain neurobiology, musculoskeletal medicine and research methods. He is co-editor of the International Journal of Osteopathic Medicine and has spoken at international research conferences.
As a health professional, Nic has consulted patients in his Sydney CBD clinic for 10 years and is now involved in online health care delivery using Health 2.0 applications (more on this later).
Nic has written a number of books and is currently working on his latest book, Possibility to Actuality: Real People, Real Strategies in which he describes the scientific approach to human behavior change and how 6 incredible people have used these strategies for remarkable success.
Recently on facebook Nic wrote: “you shouldn’t become the things you study or do, they should just become a part of you” and this attitude is reflected of his diverse ‘portfolio career’ (not that he’s Gen X or anything …)
